PSE Set Registry Awards Deadline 12/31/09
Another year has passed and it is almost time to judge, once again, the best of the best. The PSE Set Registry award deadline this year is Thursday, December 31st. Any new sets or edits to existing sets must be validated before 2pm EST (11am PST).
To be a contender in this year's awards, sets must be at least 85% complete. As a reminder, you must own and have possession of any stamp you list in your set.

Occasionally, you may find a stamp which you recently purchased is still being listed in another member's set or may not be in the PSE database. Therefore, it is imperative that you plan ahead. If you are unable to add a stamp and you receive an error message, please email setregistry@collectors.com PRIOR to the deadline. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL BY 2 PM EST (11 AM PST) IN ORDER FOR THE STAMP TO QUALIFY. DO NOT send your email to PSE or to an individual.
As a reminder, stamps graded OGnh are permitted in the OG sets, however those sets must contain at least 50% OG. In the next four weeks, we will be removing any set that does not meet these specifications.
Judging by PSE experts will take place immediately after the deadline and the winners will be announced mid-January. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

If any of your stamps are showing with "NG" (no grade) in your set, it is because the stamp has either been re-graded and has a new certification number and/or the stamp is listed as invalid in the PSE database. If your stamp has been re-graded, then please login, click on EDIT SET, and update your set with the new certification number. If the certification number has not changed, then please email Set Registry with the certification number in question and we'll get the number validated in the database. Thank you!
